A favor of course

If you offer free content that’s beginning to gain an audience, consider asking for a small favor.

If you offer any kind of free course

For example, on Udemy

And you start to see some traction

Perhaps a dozen views in a week

Rather than charge a small fee

Or ask for a donation

Consider asking for a simple favor in return:

“Totally ok to say no, but if you enjoyed this course, would you mind subscribing to my email newsletter for a few days?

I’m just starting out, and I’d love any feedback you might have.

I’ll even remind you of the option to unsubscribe after 3 days.”

No matter what happens

You’ll have a much clearer picture

Of whether or not your free course

Could be much more.
