If you’re truly, deeply listening

Without a net

Without a clue as to what you’ll say next

Or even what you ultimately want out of the call

All you’re really doing

Is agreeing.

Wait, what am I agreeing to?

You are agreeing that:

Your prospect believes every last word they’re saying

That they know their business best

That they have all the answers

That you have a lot to learn.
