One definition of clarity in marketing: thinking things through so your prospect doesn’t have to
Did’ja ever notice that when you read any kind of marketing
Even if you know it’s totally marketing
And maybe it’s not something you’re even interested in
Or in the market for
But if it’s really really clear
It relaxes you
And even energizes you.
See if this helps:
I got a direct mail piece from Mad City Windows & Bath
That looked like a handwritten letter
Although clearly not
And all it said was:
We just finished your neighbor’s bath
Would you like a free quote on yours?
And here’s the kicker:
It was so clear
With nothing else to read on the page
That it actually made me brainstorm
Whether or not we could use an extra bathroom ????
I’m here,
Kevin
