Before you agree to a call, ask questions that will give you a feel for whether or not a client has a reasonable approach to buying from you:
How are you going to use this service?
How does it relate to other goals you have?
What do you believe it is?
Vs. what is it actually?
Questions like these
Followed by one last question along the lines of:
Do you have a reasonable approach as to how to purchase this service?
And you can at least get an idea of how hard it is for your prospect to actually do so.
