Kevin is worth it. If you’ve been procrastinating on your website, this service is very reasonably priced. He is a genuinely talented writer/editor and understands how to get more booked appointments from your website! I knew I needed to have a more effective presence. I was simply ignoring it. Thankfully Kevin had a simple easy way for me to start giving it attention. Other things I loved about working with Kevin:

When I was introduced to the 7 second website I thought “No way! that’s too narrow a time frame!” And yet going through the website automatically had me reaching out to book a call with Kevin! And my website thanks me!

I came to Kevin after I realized my website wasn’t fulfilling the purpose of client engagement! Kevin and his method brings to light answers to questions looking through the lens of my customer. Using customer friendly verbiage to reframe my homepage so that it attracts my ideal customer and bounces off tyre kickers! The live brainstorming was So Good!!

It gave me so much content to tweak and use across all my social media. I also got an expert with the ability to share a macro view. As a business owner, I am way too close to my business and that puts blinders on me sometimes. I loved the hands on approach. I can say I have struggled to articulate the benefits of mental health services without using jargon or inadvertently making someone go through advanced education and training in my discipline to understand. I would also say that is not okay and something I continuously have to work on. That is also why it is great to have someone like Kevin to help translate and truly educate professionals on how to better communicate the what and value of their services to those who truly would find benefit and are in need.

This is a very innovative approach Kevin Freidberg, and dare I say, brilliant! It is one step before developing that side hustle, or stepping into entrepreneurship. And no one knows better than you how to identify one’s ideal target audience, and how to speak to it.

Before we hired Kevin, we were unsure if putting in the effort to write emails would translate into sales. But within the first month, my team and I were able to create our content and get it published out to current customers and prospects in a very streamlined and manageable way. I also found I was able to involve my team in the process to increase our output. Once that began to happen, we were able to carry on a constant conversation with hundreds of recipients and keep the conversation going with them. We didn’t even do phone or zoom calls. Just email conversations! We now have more sales, more awareness of our programs and social proof.
 

Kevin helped me discover that with proper exposure and compassionate communication you can put your business in front of a lot of future clients using the tools we already possess. Kevin’s email formula has allowed me to ramp up my normal emails, blogs, and personal writing with its emphasis on simplicity, value and brevity.

Pretty easy call deciding to work with Kevin. I guess if I didn’t think he knew what he was talking about, that would be an obstacle, but his daily email proved to me he was legit.

The main result was that it gave me the nudge/focus I needed to finally launch the daily list I’ve been planning for months. That alone was worth it!

Shane was awesome too. Having a dedicated assistant taking the bulk of the work was great. Now that the program is over, I’m running with what he started and finding it very easy because of the pattern he set.

I’ve gotten a lot of really thoughtful replies – especially nice as many of them are essentially asking for the thing we’re already building and plan to launch next month!

The small group calls were a nice touch. Having a block of time to ask questions and get real time answers, but also being able to hear other questions/answers was valuable.

Here’s something weird – the Welcome Email he recommended was totally not my style and I really struggled with it at first, but man less than one week in and I’m getting some real gold in the replies. Can’t argue with that!

I would recommend Kevin, and I already have! I’m a big believer in the value of an email newsletter to build a business, and his process helped jumpstart things so I hit the ground running and spent less time fiddling with less important things.

Even though the course focused on email, his LinkedIn personal outreach strategy is worth calling out here too, great stuff. And dangit, he got me hooked on LinkedIn. I ignored it before, now it’s fun :smile::smile::smile:

Just FYI, the main value proposition focuses on booking sales calls that lead to new clients. In my case, I kind of want the opposite. I already have plenty of clients and I’m trying to transition to products and productized services, neither of which would require a call (ideally). So I found it tremendously useful for my purposes, even if it felt like I wanted something different than everyone else in the group.
