You have to account for the time between posts.
This sounds like one of those word problems from elementary school:
If you write an email or social media post
But don’t write or post again for another 3 weeks
How long did it really take for you to write the original post?

Will help you break up your content into limited doses
So that you’ve always got a little left in the tank
