Click-through and open rates are leading indicators of … someone who still hasn’t responded to your emails, much less booked an appointment.

There are lots of metrics to pore over

When it comes to your email mailings

But all of them indicate a prospect

Who’s still on the fence

About whether or not

They wish to engage in a conversation

Over email, zoom or phone

Take these 2 steps:

  1. Ask a prospect you’d like to work with if they wouldn’t mind providing feedback on your email newsletter. If they give you permission to sign them up …
  2. Send them a Welcome Email
