Or is it more important that they care about what you do?
I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing
But lately, my prospects have been showing up to sales calls
Fully engaged and totally game
To let me ask a few questions about their prospect
Without even introducing myself
But I haven’t mentioned the craziest part.
Often we get halfway through the call
When they see the magic that’s happening:
They can finally talk about their business
Perhaps in a way they hadn’t been able to before.
It’s a lovely a-ha moment
Before they look at me
As if I’m practicing voo-doo
Or like I’m a magician who guessed their card
Before they blurt out:
I’m sorry, what exactly is it that you do?
And that’s when I know we’ll be seeing each other again 📆
I’m here,
Kevin
