Mark it on your calendar to log into your website every 3 months and just update a few words.
It can be intimidating to go into your website
And do a little quarterly cleanup
Do I even have the password ????
But it’s worth it for precisely that reason.
It stops you from being afraid of your website
And puts control back in your hands.
See if this helps:
Get the password from your designer
Or go to wordpress, squarespace or wix and click “forgot password?”
And at the very least
Change your copyright
(Because you know it’s out of date ????)
While you’re there
Guaranteed you’re going to do a little messaging housecleaning
That might make a massive difference
In how you sell.
I’m here,
Kevin
P.S. I’ve sent out about 25 website video reviews over the last few months but for the first time one of them came back with their own video reminding me that MY website needs updating (outdated copyright!) Thank you Jacob Street Insurance!
