Give yourself a week to do something, it’ll take a week. Give yourself 20 minutes, it’ll take 20 minutes.
I went to a house party tonight with my kids
And made a new dad-friend named Michael.
Michael started a local improv group here in Minnesota
Appropriately named MNprov.
We quickly found a lot of common ground
Between going out on stage not knowing what you’re going to say
And writing a daily email the same way.
Turns out, when you’re forced to come up with something without thinking
Beautiful things happen.
Or as Michael tells his students:
The first answer is the right one.
I knew instantly that I was going to bogart that line for myself
And spring it on my clients
During their Crush Your Content coaching sessions:
Whatever idea comes off the keyboard first
Is the right one.
I’m here,
Kevin
