If you can’t complete your marketing in 25 minutes, you might be cramming in too many ideas.
When I’m writing my daily email
I keep a note-taking app (Trello) open at all times.
If the timer hits the 15-minute mark
And it’s already pretty long
Chances are I’ve gotten off topic.
The good news is
I can most likely spot two
Or maybe even 3 future email thought-starters
That I can cut n’ paste
Into my note-taking app
That might even be half-written already
So that tomorrow
And possibly the next day’s writing
Take about 10-15 minutes each.
I’m here,
Kevin
