Mythologizing
Fantasizing
Or thinking of reasons why your idea
Can’t
or
Won’t
Work
You might be pseudoworking
Which feels just like working
Except it feels icky
Meaningless
And is ultimately unproductive.

Take a 5 minute break
For every 25 minutes of work
Or for deep work
Take 10
For every hour
And see if that works for you.
