Um, YEAH!

If you called a contractor to give you an estimate on re-doing your whole backyard

Patio, landscaping, maybe some stairs, lighting, new deck …

The whole shebang

And out of nowhere

Completely unsolicited

They asked:

Would you like a pizza oven?

Considering that you’re already in for a hefty sum

The likely answer is either

Yes

Or

Heck, yes

And here’s why:

When your prospect expresses interest in your high-value service

In a niche that has little competition

And places a high value on expertise

And trust

Upselling your service

Rather than appearing tacky

Aggressive

Or sales-y

Is considered

Added value.
