Set your timer for 10 minutes BUT … for the first minute or two
Do. Not. Write.
Instead do this:
Think about the service you enjoy performing the most
Like, right now. As in “go ahead and do that right now.”
Now think about a specific client
That either already has or that you can imagine would
Be very appreciative of what you do.
With about 5 minutes left on the clock:
- Close this tab
- Open new tab
- Write for the remaining time
