You can prepare and still not know

Right before your sales call, ask yourself if you can let go of all of your preparation.

It helps to know as much as humanly possible about the prospect who’s about to hop on your zoom

You really can’t know enough

But consider making that last step

Say, the last 5 minutes

Right before the call

All about letting go of what you know

About them

And even what you think they might need

And fathom

How little you know

About their wealth of experience

And how much you’re willing

To learn.
