Emails & Texts

With your client

Or prospect

Should offer them something

That feels outside

Of what they bought.

Building up this kind of value

Consistently

Over time

Builds a pattern

Of generosity

That has proven

Throughout history

To be difficult

At best

For a client

To live without.
