The highest compliment one comedian can pay with regard to a fellow comedian’s act is: you can’t steal it.
Meaning: that person tells jokes anyone would kill to have
But because it’s so perfectly theirs
In their style
Their voice
Their delivery
Practically their DNA!
That if anyone were to ever try and lift it
They’d be caught before they ever left the bank.
If you want the same to be said of your marketing:
It’s going to come down to finding your audience
And being so dialed into
What they want
What they need
Where they hurt
And why
That you’re able to offer them the kind of relief
That drives your competitors
To want to beg, borrow and steal
Knowing they’ll never get away with it.
