Offer enough value from your homepage that your prospect contacts you hungry for more.
Part of the problem of narrowing your prospect’s choices of where to go on your homepage
Is that they don’t know enough about what you do
To even be interested in wanting to click on say
The About Page
The Process Page
And especially not
The Contact Us Page
See if this helps:
Bring the content behind all of those generic sounding pages
That are now in your top navigation
To the homepage
Front and Center
Each with its own starring link
With a phrase that’s just long enough
To sell your prospect on the idea
That this decision
Or the half dozen or so after it
Are so clearly laden with value
That they can literally stuff themselves
With your content.
But ideally,
I’m here,
Kevin
P.S. If the first 7 seconds of your homepage is a starting gun, it’s now a race to see how much value you can add before your prospect gets to the bottom where you can offer what is now a much more meaningful navigation.
